Job summary

ADSS is seeking a commercially astute Legal Counsel to join its Abu Dhabi-based legal team. The successful candidate will manage a broad portfolio across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters.

You will draft and negotiate complex contracts, oversee data protection compliance, and advise on UAE regulatory developments, with English proficiency mandatory and Arabic a plus. This is a challenging, in-house role reporting to the General Counsel.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
• 5–7 years of post-qualification experience, in-house preferred.
• Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex contracts across corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
• Provide pragmatic, high-quality legal advice on UAE/ADGM regulatory developments.
• Lead data protection compliance and supervise pre-litigation risk.
