Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of commercial, labor, and contract law.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple legal matters across jurisdictions.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Counsel with a strong background in the hospitality and F&B sector to support our CLIENT'S growing operations. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance across all aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, supporting contract negotiations, and minimizing legal risk.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, leases, and vendor agreements

Advise on labor, employment, and regulatory matters

Manage legal aspects of licensing, permits, and brand compliance

Provide legal support on disputes, claims, and litigation

Collaborate with leadership on strategic decisions and corporate structuring

Ensure compliance with hospitality-specific laws and health & safety regulations

Requirements :

Law degree with a valid license to practice

  • 5+ years legal experience, including 2+ years in the hospitality / F&B sector

Strong knowledge of commercial, labor, and contract law

Proven ability to manage multiple legal matters across jurisdictions

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred :

Experience working with hospitality groups, hotels, or F&B outlets in the GCC or international markets

Familiarity with franchising, IP rights, and corporate governance in hospitality

Arabic language is a PLUS
