• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documentation for virtual assets and financial services.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to deliver timely, strategic insights to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in the VARA framework, financial services, and fintech regulation.
• Strong communication skills and experience interfacing with external clients.

Qualifications:

• Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience—preferably in virtual assets, fintech, or financial services regulation.
• Deep understanding of the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) framework and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Experience drafting and negotiating legal documentation for financial products or virtual asset services.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
