Job Title: Leasing & Property Management Officer – Front Desk
Location: DIFC, Dubai, UAE

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Leasing & Property Management Officer to join our front desk team. This role combines reception duties with key responsibilities in lease management, property administration, and tenant services. If you enjoy multitasking, working with diverse clients, and ensuring smooth property operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease-Related Duties:
    • Conduct site visits for new and existing tenants.
    • Handle the full administrative process for new leases and lease renewals.
    • Register leases with DIFC RORP for new agreements and renewals.
    • Resolve issues related to DIFC RORP or RERA as they arise.
    • Issue invoices for new leases and renewals and manage payment collection.
    • Manage all documentation, including NOCs, memos, and cheque retrievals.
    • Issue breach notices to defaulting tenants.
  • Front Desk & Tenant Services:
    • Manage meeting room bookings.
    • Collect payments for coffee cards.
    • Issue new access cards and provide fingerprint access.
    • Allocate and manage car parking spaces.
  • Administrative & Compliance Duties:
    • Perform KYC for clients, including updating trade licenses, passport copies, and other relevant documents.
    • Prepare reports on parking, leases, and other property-related operations.
