Job summary
A leading real estate management company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a qualified candidate for back-office leasing support services. The role involves managing leasing processes and documentation, ensuring timely lease preparations, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal departments. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in leasing or property management. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Leasing or Portfolio Management or similar fields.
- Evidence of ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Familiarity with leasing processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing back-office leasing support services.
- Complete all aspects of back-end leasing function.
- Prepare leases for new sales and renewals without delay.
- Coordinate with other departments to finalize exceptional cases.
- Update content related to leasing function on external communication.
