Job summary

Engel & Völkers Dubai is seeking a Leasing Advisor to join its luxury lettings team. You will advise clients on renting premium properties in Dubai, build relations with landlords and tenants, and generate new business through calls, networking and digital platforms.

This commission-only role offers uncapped earnings, full training, mentorship, and access to premium listings with global branding. Visa and medical insurance support are provided, plus team events.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, target-driven and financially motivated.
• Confident, resilient, and positive under pressure.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Aged 21+ and valid driving licence (or working towards one).
• Willing to relocate to Dubai and able to financially support yourself during initial months.

Requirements
