A leading global education organization in Dubai is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide personalized support for secondary students from Year 7 to Year 11. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting neurodiverse students and working within the British curriculum. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering targeted teaching sessions, collaborating with teachers and parents, and maintaining high academic standards. This full-time role starts on 5th January 2026 and includes competitive remuneration and visa provision.

You will provide personalised support on a 1:1 and small‑group basis with secondary students from Year 7 to Year 11.
We seek a candidate who thrives on maintaining high academic attainment, is confident teaching students with learning difficulties, and can collaborate with stakeholders to enhance student participation. The role involves preparing and delivering one‑to‑one and small‑group teaching sessions, supporting teachers and parents to develop personalised educational plans (PEPs), and tailoring provision to each student’s needs.
Collaboration will occur with the Secondary Head of Inclusion and a dynamic Personalised Learning Team. Only candidates with the relevant experience and qualifications will be shortlisted for interview.
The closing date for application is 25th November 2025. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews that will take place at Nord Anglia International School Dubai.
This is a full‑time position, starting from 5th January 2026. The start date can be extended depending on notice period. Remuneration is competitive and includes visa provision.
