Learning & Development Deputy

Dubai, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Learning & Development Deputy to join our team! In this role you will collaborate closely with and report to the EMEA L&D Lead to support our colleagues across the whole of EMEA develop their skills to thrive professionally.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Collaborate with the business to identify and address training needs across EMEA.

  • Manage logistics, attendees, and scheduling for regional training programs.

  • Contribute to regional learning and development initiatives and projects.

  • Assist in designing structured career and learning pathways for employees.

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and provide regular reporting on progress and outcomes.

  • Gather feedback and implement improvements to ensure training programs remain effective and impactful.

  • Deliver and support training programs to ensure effective learning experiences.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ human resources management/ education/ business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum two years experience in HR, ideally within learning and development

  • Excellent organizational & attention-to-detail skills.

  • Proficient MS Office Suite familiarity Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team settings.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Experience working within any professional training environment in a similar related role.

  • Passion for the development of yourself and others within a professional setting.

  • Certification such as CPTM (Certified Professional in Training Management) advantageous.
