Job summary

Lipton Teas is seeking an Industrial Engineer to evaluate processes, optimize manufacturing efficiency, and lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives within the factory. The role focuses on improving OEE, resource utilization, and maintaining food safety and quality standards.

You will oversee implementation of consumer activities in the manufacturing environment and collaborate with SHEQ, Operations, and Quality teams to drive cost savings and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing company with high safety and quality standards.
• Familiarity with GMP.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper use of teabag and packaging equipment.
• Participate in training and shift coverage as required.
• Escalate safety or quality issues to managers.
