Job summary

EnerMech is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical or hydraulic components for heavy equipment. The role focuses on hands-on supervision, team coordination, and delivering high standards of safety, quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mechanical maintenance with at least 2 years in supervision, and strong knowledge of offshore pedestal cranes and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day workshop operations and refurbishment of crane components.
