Job summary

• Supervise multiple Wireline and Perforating crews on well-site operations.
• Hire, discipline, and develop crew members.
• Apply performance data to improve metrics and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Promote HMS and ensure safe work practices on-site.
• Coordinate CPI processes for PSL and investigate incidents.
• Investigate accidents/incidents using standard investigative tools.
• Drive implementation of new technology at client locations.
