Job summary

Agile Consultants in Sharjah seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the plan, execute, and deliver water and wastewater treatment projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering-related degree, demonstrates strong leadership and risk management, and has a proven track record in industrial or infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading water treatment, wastewater, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide project teams through the full lifecycle.
• Develop and implement strategic project plans aligned with client expectations.
• Identify and allocate resources (personnel, equipment, materials, subcontractors).
• Optimize resource allocation for efficiency and performance.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
