Job summary

Analog is seeking a designer who believes a brand is a point of view manifested across surfaces. You will own the visual expression of Analog globally, collaborating with the founders to shape Physical Intelligence and decide design at keynote scale and icon-level detail.

This is a leadership role without a formal title, focused on building Ana's world, writing the visual canon, and ensuring every creative decision is traceable to what Analog builds and for whom.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio showing a strong point of view.
• Mastery of typography with defendable decisions.
• Deep proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience designing for digital and physical formats: screens, print, stage.
• Proven ability to build and extend visual systems, not just execute within them.
• A point of view on what makes a brand feel inevitable, not assembled.

Responsibilities

• Own the Visual Language across brand and marketing touchpoints.
• Lead design execution for campaign visuals, keynote decks, event identity, social content, product launches, and partner communications.
• Design with Ana and the Product World, building 2D systems that give her world structure.
