Job summary

True North Marketing seeks a hands-on art director with a strong point of view to lead end-to-end visual work across brand, campaigns and product visuals.

You will own the visual standard, direct campaigns from concept through to the final grade, and build systems so others can produce on-brand work without you in the room. A portfolio showing depth in at least two areas is essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing a clear point of view across brand and campaigns.
• Experience leading art direction and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in at least two of the listed tools with a strong process.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual standard across brand, campaign and product work.
• Art direct campaigns from concept through to the final grade.
• Build systems that let others produce on-brand work without you in the room.
• Raise the bar on the studio's output and call out gaps clearly.
• Work directly with the founders on how the agency presents itself.
