Harjai Technologies in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Technology Project Manager / Program Manager to lead banking technology initiatives, including Core Banking Migration projects. The role requires expertise in migration from TCS BaNCS @ NCS to Temenos and strong collaboration with UAE/GCC banks.

The candidate should have 10–15 years in Banking Tech PM, with 4–6 years in the UAE/GCC region, and proven leadership across SDLC, governance, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Banking Technology Project/Program Management.
• 4–6 years of experience with UAE/GCC Banks.
• Strong experience in Core Banking Migration.
• Experience with TCS BaNCS and/or Temenos; TCS BaNCS @ NCS to Temenos migration is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Wallets, Debit Cards, or Open Banking/Open Finance.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, risk management, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technology projects/programs from planning through successful delivery.
• Lead Core Banking Migration initiatives, including TCS BaNCS @ NCS → Temenos migration.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, and change requests.
• Work closely with business, technology teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, project governance, quality, and delivery standards.
• Prepare and present project/program status reports to senior management.
• Provide technical guidance across banking technology initiatives.
