Job summary

Bitqcode Quantitative Capital seeks a Portfolio Manager to independently research, develop, deploy, and manage profitable trading strategies across global markets. You will own the complete investment lifecycle—from idea generation and portfolio construction to execution, monitoring, and continuous optimization.

This high-ownership role requires leadership in both research and execution within a fully automated, multi-asset framework.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing systematic or quantitative investment strategies in hedge funds or institutional firms.
• Strong understanding of portfolio construction, risk-adjusted returns and capital allocation.
• Experience building live quantitative trading strategies with measurable performance.
• Deep knowledge of derivatives including futures, options, swaps, and leverage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end investment lifecycle from idea generation to deployment and monitoring.
• Research, backtest, deploy, and optimize profitable trading strategies.
• Manage risk through exposure limits, drawdown controls, and leverage.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve execution quality and research tooling.
• Continuously review strategy robustness via out-of-sample tests and stress testing.
