Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Create quality daily and seasonal food items.
  • Ensure kitchen is managed efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with Head Chef on menu plans and costing.
  • Train kitchen staff on equipment and job roles.

Skills

Minimum 2 years’ experience in same role
Excellent level of English, written and spoken
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent team management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities

Education
