Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a senior site professional in Dubai, UAE to lead the execution and installation of decorative metal and related interior works on site. You will coordinate between site teams, production, and stakeholders, review drawings and specs, and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The role requires 10+ years UAE site experience in decorative metal, glass, or aluminium, and a Civil Engineering degree.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
10+ years UAE site experience essential.
Experience in interior decorative metal, glass, or aluminium sector mandatory.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise execution and installation on site.
Coordinate daily activities between site teams, production, and stakeholders.
Review drawings, specs, calculations, and project requirements.
Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and engineers to resolve site issues.
Conduct regular site inspections ensuring quality and compliance.
Track progress and keep works aligned with schedules.
Plan manpower and allocate responsibilities across site and production teams.
Support planning and delivery of decorative metal projects from start to finish.
Prepare site documentation, access passes, progress reports, and records.
Assist with project billing and resolve commercial matters.
Address site issues independently, escalating when needed.
Guide and train installation teams to maintain safety and workmanship standards.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timeframe and budget.
