Job summary

Qualifications

• High school/Secondary education or equivalent.
• Military background is a plus.
• SIRA certified (Security Industry Regulatory Authority) and DPS certified (Department of Protective System) is a must.
• Minimum 2-3 years in same position within similar structure or in 5-6 stars hotels.
• Safety & Security awareness.
• 1st aider certified.
• Fire training certified.
• Good communication in Arabic and English (writing, reading and speaking).
• Computer literate (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Supervising security personnel and ensuring premises and personnel are protected; inspect areas and access points.
• Daily security patrolling.
• Night duty rotation.
• Permit entry based on gate pass approvals and documents.
• Coordinate with Security Document Controller for approvals and documents.
• Report irregularities and enforce policies to prevent losses or damages.
• Prepare incident reports by documenting observations and interviewing witnesses.
• Write clear logs and reports including alarms, incidents and complaints.
• Ensure safety and well-being of all personnel and premises.
• Adhere to company standards and comply with local regulations.
• Respond to security incidents and assist authorities as needed.
• Develop and implement preventative security measures.
• Provide excellent customer service and protect the organization’s reputation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager.
