Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in QA/QC with 7 years in LED lighting or electronics manufacturing.
• Familiar with photometric and electrical testing protocols (LM-79, LM-80, IEC).
• Proficient in SPC, CAPA, RCA, MSA, FMEA, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Supervise inspection and testing of LED luminaires and electronic assemblies.
• Lead vendor assessments and audits aligned with ISO and technical benchmarks.
