Tanqeeb is hiring a Software QA Engineer to spearhead test strategy across products. The role blends deep test engineering with collaboration across product and engineering to build confidence in every release.

You will lead test planning, develop automated frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing, and mentor junior QA members. The position is fully remote with a bonus structure and ongoing development support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software QA with strong automation focus.
• Experience building automated test frameworks and test plans.
• Proficient in API testing and performance tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy and planning for major features and releases.
• Build automated test frameworks across web, mobile, and API.
• Conduct performance, load, and security testing as needed.
• Mentor junior QA team members and review test coverage.
• Partner with product and engineering on quality definitions.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
