Wood in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Lead Project Engineer to lead engineering teams and coordinate activities to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion of technical projects for a high-profile client.

You will act as the main technical liaison, managing scope, quality, cost and schedule, and coordinating with clients and contractors to deliver within time and budget.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading engineering teams on large projects.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects from start to finish.
• Strong stakeholder management with clients and contractors.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule and budget to agreed baselines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specified standards.
• Coordinate client and contractor stakeholders to align on technical requirements.

Job Objective

Ensure successful project delivery by leading engineering teams, managing technical scope, controlling quality/cost/schedule, mitigating risks, and coordinating stakeholders (client, contractors), ultimately delivering the project on time, within budget, and to specified standards, acting as the main technical liaison for the client.
