Fanatics Momentum is recruiting a Lead Product Designer, Platform, to design foundational customer journeys across the regulated gaming ecosystem in the UAE. You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations to turn regulatory and technical complexity into simple, trustworthy experiences.

The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with strong craft and a passion for coherence and trust.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience across complex consumer digital products.
• Experience designing for fintech, banking, payments, marketplaces, or other regulated products.
• Strong interaction design and systems thinking; simplify complex requirements.
• Strong experience with research, prototyping and validation.
• Experience cross-functional with Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations.
• Experience designing shared experiences and patterns across multiple journeys.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate prototyping and iteration.

Overview

As Lead Product Designer, Platform, you’ll design the foundational customer journeys that every FanMo product depends on.
Your challenge: How do we make complex, regulated journeys feel simple, coherent and trustworthy across the whole ecosystem?
You’ll work across Identity, KYC, Wallet, Payments, CRM, Loyalty and Personalisation, partnering closely with Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with strong craft who can take regulatory and technical complexity and turn it into something customers barely notice.
You care deeply about trust, coherence and making the hard things feel simple.

• Embedded Design early into platform decisions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Design experience across complex consumer digital products.
• Experience designing for fintech, banking, payments, marketplaces, super-apps, telecom or other regulated consumer products.
• Strong interaction design and systems thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex requirements.
• Strong experience with research, prototyping and validation.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations.
• Experience designing shared experiences, patterns and systems across multiple products or customer journeys.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate prototyping, exploration, synthesis and iteration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital identity or KYC, wallets and payments, loyalty, regulated consumer products, design systems, or UAE/GCC markets.
