Job Title: Lead Process Engineer KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, high profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in Client or Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi.
The Lead Process Engineer is responsible for leading process engineering activities for offshore oil and gas production facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient design and operation of process systems throughout the project lifecycle. The role provides technical leadership during Concept, FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, commissioning, start-up, and operational support phases while ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, international codes, HSE requirements, and project objectives.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering. Master's Degree is an advantage. Chartered Engineer (CEng), Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent professional certification preferred.
Experience Requirements Minimum 15 years of process engineering experience in the oil and gas industry. At least 5 years in a Lead Process Engineer or Senior Process Engineer role. Extensive experience in offshore oil and gas facilities. Strong exposure to FEED, EPC, brownfield modifications, and offshore production projects. ADNOC, Middle East, or major IOC experience preferred.
