Job summary

TalentOne is seeking a skilled Supervisor - Commissioning (Process) for an offshore project in Abu Dhabi. You will supervise pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities, ensuring safe execution, operational readiness and alignment with approved schedules.

The role requires an engineering degree or diploma in Chemical or Process engineering and at least eight years in Oil & Gas, with hands-on field supervision of technicians and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in Chemical or Process engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas experience.
• Practical field experience in process pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and stabilization.
• Experience supervising technicians, operators and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians, operators and subcontractors during daily process commissioning.
• Prepare work fronts, testing dossiers, drawings, procedures, tools, PPE, permits and toolbox talks.
• Supervise chemical cleaning, leak testing, catalyst loading, start-up and plant stabilization.
• Inspect systems for readiness; ensure LOTO, access control, SIMOPS.
• Guide operators during start-up and monitor process variables.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE, vendors and other disciplines to resolve site issues.
