Job Description
Lead Planning & Cost Estimation Engineer
  • Preparation of the Turnaround Detailed Activity Plan clearly showing critical path activities.
  • Determining adequate manpower and resources requirements.
  • Preparing and Submit manpower histogram and resource usage against each equipment for the turnaround.
  • Prepare Resource Mobilization Plan.
  • Assist in preparation of turnaround Integrated Plan.
  • Turnaround Organization structure.
  • Prepare sub tasks/detailed activities of scope of work.
  • Gather, organize, disseminate, and evaluate information.
  • Incorporate HSE, Operational and Process requirements.
  • Detailed Execution plan.
  • Preparedness Review status.
  • Preparation of daily reports.
  • Progress reporting and monitoring of Turnaround Contractor activities and identify behind scheduled activities.
  • Evaluate performance of ongoing turnarounds against defined baseline measurements.
  • Contingency Planning / Recovery Plans.
  • Activate Window
  • Go to Settings to activity
  • Job Work Packages.
  • Turnaround closeout reports.
  • Prepare Cost Estimates and submission before turnaround based on the finalized scope.
  • Sub-contractor management and ensure their Plan is in Place.
  • Arrange subcontractors* quotations as and when required.
  • Final turnaround Cost Estimates based on the actual work carried out.
  • Time to time, inform company for any additional jobs, which shall be carried out by CONTRACTOR as per inspection findings and submit cost estimates.
  • Submission of PAC requests after each phase of turnaround and FAC after completion of Turnaround Contract.
