Job summary
Astra ProMed is seeking a Consultant in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to join a leading healthcare facility serving Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. You will lead comprehensive assessment and multidisciplinary rehabilitation, aiming to restore function and improve mobility for patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
The role requires MBBS or equivalent, with advanced PM&R training and board certification.
Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- MD, DNB, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in PM&R / Rehabilitation Medicine.
- American/Canadian/Arab/European Board or equivalent PM&R consultant qualification.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with physical disabilities and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop individualized rehabilitation plans for neurological, orthopedic, spinal, brain injury, stroke, and other conditions.
- Perform functional assessments and coordinate multidisciplinary rehab programs.
