Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a Consultant in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) in Dubai to lead comprehensive rehab programs for patients with complex needs. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team, design individualized care plans, and drive evidence-based treatment strategies to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Minimum 5 years of post-certification experience, preferably within a hospital or specialist rehabilitation center.
• Strong clinical experience in managing neurological, musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and functional rehabilitation conditions.
• Fluency in English is required, while Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead assessment and long-term management of patients with physical impairment, neurological or musculoskeletal conditions.
• Coordinate exercise therapy, functional training, and assistive devices as part of rehabilitation plans.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation programs aligned with diagnosis, status, and patient goals.
• Coordinate rehabilitation teams including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust strategies based on measurable progress.
