Responsibilities

• Develop baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Monitor and update schedules to reflect project progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Track project milestones and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors.
• Identify delays and propose mitigation plans.
• Support extension of time (EOT) claims.
• Ensure compliance with planning requirements.
• Maintain updated records of schedules.
• Assist in cost control and cash flow forecasting.
• Attend project meetings and present updates.
