Job summary

Epergne Solutions is seeking a Senior/Lead Penetration Test Engineer in the UAE to identify and exploit security vulnerabilities across web, mobile, API, and cloud environments. The role covers full assessment, source code review, and delivering actionable remediation guidance.

You will conduct tests on AWS/Azure cloud platforms, containerized ecosystems with Docker and Kubernetes, and communicate findings to stakeholders to improve secure development practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Web, Mobile and API penetration testing experience.
• Expertise in manual testing methodologies and exploit techniques.
• Advanced experience in source code security reviews (manual & automated).
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, API Top 10 and Mobile Top 10 security risks.
• Strong cloud security knowledge (AWS/Azure).
• Experience securing Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Strong network security understanding and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent documentation and report writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive penetration testing across Web, Mobile, and API targets using manual and automated methods.
• Conduct source code reviews to uncover vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
• Assess security against OWASP Top 10 standards and cloud security controls (AWS/Azure).
• Evaluate containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) for risks.
• Produce detailed reports with findings, risk ratings, PoCs, and remediation guidance.
• Present findings to technical and business stakeholders.
• Support secure development practices and remediation efforts.
