Job summary

Stafmed seeks a highly experienced Consultant Pediatrician for a full-time role in a leading UAE hospital. You will assess, diagnose, and manage pediatric patients across infancy to adolescence, develop care plans, and lead in multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Pediatrics or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Recognised Tier 1 qualification (ABMS, Canadian Royal College, UK CCT/CCST, European Board, or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in Pediatrics.
• Eligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH, or MOHAP.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage infants, children, and adolescents with a wide range of medical conditions.
• Provide comprehensive pediatric consultations and ongoing patient management.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient needs.
• Manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Monitor growth, development, and overall health.
• Provide preventive care and vaccination guidance.
• Recognize and manage pediatric emergencies when required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
