Job summary

PulseHire HR Middle East is seeking a Consultant Pediatrician to join a leading UAE healthcare provider. This role offers outpatient and inpatient pediatric care, including preventive and developmental services, within a modern, quality-driven environment serving an international patient population.

The ideal candidate will possess internationally recognized pediatric qualifications and be eligible for UAE licensing, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care and multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Must hold recognised pediatric qualifications such as American Board of Pediatrics, UK CCT / MRCPCH / FRCPCH, European Board or equivalent.
• MD / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification is required.
• Candidates eligible for UAE licensing and facility credentialing will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children and adolescents in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses, growth concerns, infections, asthma, allergies and developmental issues.
• Support immunisation, preventive health, nutrition counselling and family education.
• Coordinate care with neonatology, pediatric subspecialists, emergency medicine and allied health teams.
• Recognise and elevate acutely unwell children and support safe admission or referral pathways.
• Maintain child-safe documentation, consent, safeguarding awareness and UAE regulatory compliance.
