Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities including concrete works and finishing tasks.
• Allocate tasks to masons, helpers and subcontract workers and monitor performance.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications and site instructions.
• Coordinate with site engineers to plan daily work schedules and resource needs.
• Maintain quality standards and safe workmanship at all stages.
