Job summary

Sembol Construction requires an Electrical Site Engineer with 7+ years of UAE on-site experience for an offshore ADNOC project near Abu Dhabi. You will manage electrical installation, TRC activities, and MEP coordination with site engineers and subcontractors.

Strong leadership, UAE code knowledge, and safety compliance are essential to coordinate a 200-person team offshore. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of UAE site electrical experience required.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site operations.
• Experience in installation, testing and commissioning (T&C) and TRC works.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installation and TRC activities on site.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site engineers.
• Lead and coordinate a team of about 200 personnel offshore.
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, standards and safety requirements.
