A leading engineering firm is urgently looking for a Lead Construction Engineer in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing offshore construction teams and overseeing installations of offshore facilities. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have 15-20+ years of experience in oil and gas construction, especially within EPC environments. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential. This position is full-time with a fixed-term contract and offers the opportunity to work on prestigious PMC projects.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of extensive offshore oil and gas construction experience, especially in EPC environment.
• Experience managing FEED, detailed design, SIMOPS and optimization solutions of construction.
• PMC experience preferred; previous ADNOC Offshore experience an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage offshore construction teams, including engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Oversee installation, hookup and commissioning of offshore facilities.
• Ensure all construction activities align with project schedules, budgets and technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve construction-related challenges.
• Review and approve construction drawings, procedures and method statements.
