Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Network Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• Experience leading large-scale security and surveillance networking projects.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing, switching, and security.
• Experience with multi-vendor integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of secure IP network infrastructures for technical security and surveillance solutions.
• Develop network solutions meeting operational, cybersecurity, availability, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Ensure seamless connectivity and integration between sensors, cameras, VMS, command centers, RF systems, and C4ISR platforms.
• Conduct network integration, testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and acceptance activities.
• Develop network design documents, implementation plans, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders through the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and security policies.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide technical leadership for issue resolution.
• Support project planning, risk management, and customer engagements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
