Maseera is seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer with 15+ years of Oil & Gas experience, specializing in mechanical QA/QC for static and rotating equipment in the UAE. You will oversee inspection activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements across fabrication, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with static and rotating equipment inspection.
• Knowledge of international codes: ASME, API, ASTM, ISO.
• Familiarity with ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs and CARs.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or CSWIP/CWI is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Oversee QA/QC inspection activities across projects.
• Review documentation and manage NCRs/CARs and quality records.
• Coordinate with client representatives, third-party inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor welding, fabrication, fit-up, NDT, and material traceability activities.
• Lead internal quality audits and ensure FAT, SAT, and commissioning readiness.
