Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, develop, and supervise warehouse and logistics staff.
• Ensure warehouse and logistics operations are efficient, professional, and cost-effective.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all warehouse and logistics activities.
• Support the Head of Department in developing operational strategies and improvement plans.
• Manage Abu Dhabi Airports fleet operations.
• Coordinate with procurement and operational departments to ensure smooth material support.
• Maintain the security, preservation, and proper storage of warehouse materials.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization to meet long-term storage requirements.
• Monitor and control outsourced service providers performance.
• Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records.
• Oversee maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and machinery.
• Identify training needs and arrange staff development programs.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Organize safety drills with HSE/AES teams.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
