Job summary

Excelerate Energy is seeking a Senior Engineer to support global LNG and power infrastructure projects. The role integrates with Infrastructure, Operations, and Commercial teams to develop and implement new projects and support existing assets.

The candidate will manage FEED through EPC phases, prepare scopes of work for pipelines and terminals, and ensure compliance with design rules and safety standards while coordinating with contractors and internal groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Ocean Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design, project engineering, and construction in marine or offshore industries.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proficient in MS Office; familiar with scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Hands-on experience using AutoCAD and other engineering design software for developing and reviewing technical drawings including P&IDs and GA drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is paramount and apply Excelerate Core Values in daily routines.
• Manage infrastructure projects including gas transmission, pipeline design (onshore/offshore), and LNG loading terminal infrastructure.
• Oversee submittals from consultants to meet contract requirements and project standards.
• Coordinate interfaces between internal and external teams to align project needs, scope, schedule and budget.
