Job summary
Advanced Systems Group LLC seeks an Event Technician to support Dubai campus events. You will lead live, virtual, hybrid setups, rehearsals, and post-event closeouts, coordinating with global teams and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
Strong English and Arabic communication, plus hands-on AV skills, are essential. The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, with responsibilities including testing, configuring, and troubleshooting production equipment and platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom,
Qualifications
- Fluent English speaking and writing; comfortable in Arabic.
- 3+ years in live events or broadcast environments.
- Experience with GSuite and standard office tools.
- Hands-on with AV/production equipment and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support event setup, rehearsals, show operation, strike and closeout.
- Manage technical run-of-show, test, configure, and troubleshoot systems.
- Coordinate with global teams and vendors to ensure quality.
- Create user guides and documentation for AV systems and workflows.
- Provide excellent customer service and VIP presenter coordination.
