Job summary

LevelUP HCS is seeking a Land Test Team Lead in Abu Dhabi to plan, design, and lead complex land-based test and evaluation activities at the test range and other assigned locations.

You will work with clients, test specialists, engineers, and technicians to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with technical and customer requirements, providing leadership in test design, data acquisition, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams of engineers and technicians.
• Experience planning and executing defence-related test programmes.
• Strong knowledge of data acquisition systems and test instrumentation.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and technicians and to deliver technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of land test activities (arena testing, rocket/engine testing, ammunition qualification, mine resistance).
• Collaborate with clients and engineers to define test requirements and configurations.
• Design test setups to capture performance, safety, and evaluation data.
• Develop verification test plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Oversee test preparation and execution, ensuring data is captured and validated.
• Prepare technical reports and present test data accurately.
• Manage data acquisition systems, sensors, and testing equipment.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technicians.
