Job summary

Fala Road Contracting L.L.C., a UAE roads and infrastructure contractor, seeks a Senior Land Surveyor to lead survey operations on our projects. You will plan and supervise field survey work, manage a team of surveyors and assistants, and ensure every road, bridge and structure is built exactly as the approved drawings indicate.

Responsibilities include planning survey control networks, setting-out complex works, and producing accurate survey records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor on roads or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to supervise a survey team and coordinate with engineers and contractors.
• Strong hands-on command of survey instruments and data processing.
• Solid understanding of QA/QC and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise all field surveying activities.
• Establish project survey control networks and benchmarks.
• Lead setting-out for roads, bridges and utilities.
• Verify coordinates, elevations and alignments before construction starts.
• Prepare survey reports, as-built drawings and certifications.
• Manage survey data, maintain records and ensure data integrity.
