Dutco Construction Co. (L.L.C) is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for precise surveying and setting-out works for building construction projects, ensuring all structural elements are positioned accurately.

The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in surveying or civil engineering, with a minimum of 4–8 years of experience in building construction projects, especially high-rise or commercial buildings. Competence with surveying equipment is essential, and GCC/UAE experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong experience in high-rise, residential, or commercial building projects preferred.
• GCC/UAE experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate setting‑out for building works including gridlines, benchmarks, and control points.
• Conduct topographic and site surveys before and during construction, measure distances, elevations and angles.
• Prepare as‑built surveys for completed works and submit accurate reports.
• Interpret construction drawings and coordinate with site engineers and teams.
• Ensure all setting‑out work is accurate to avoid rework.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment.
• Maintain survey records and prepare update reports.
• Follow all HSE procedures on site.
