Job summary

NAFFCO Careers seeks a Senior Designer Lead for Interior and Exterior Trim to guide design, specification and delivery of trim and joinery across hospitality, residential and commercial projects. You will lead a small team, coordinate with architects and suppliers, and ensure buildable, cost-conscious solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 6–8 years in interior/exterior trim, joinery or detailing on medium to large projects.
• Proven experience producing construction-ready drawings and specs for trim/joinery.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; sketching and Adobe Suite desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept and detailed design for interior and exterior trim and joinery.
• Produce and review technical drawings and specifications for tendering and construction.
• Coordinate design details in Revit, AutoCAD, and hand sketches; BIM-ready where applicable.
• Mentor junior designers and technicians, ensuring quality control.
