Job summary

Sukoon Interiors is seeking an experienced and creative Lead Interior Design Manager to join our founding team in shaping a luxury interior design company from the ground up. You will lead the design direction for high-end residential and commercial projects and collaborate closely with clients and engineers to deliver exceptional spaces.

As a founding team member, you will drive concept development, select premium materials, mentor the design team, and contribute to building the company’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Proven experience in luxury residential or commercial interior design.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage projects from concept design through execution.
• Self-motivated, organized and committed to delivering high-quality work.
