Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lead Instrumentation Engineer to lead instrumentation design and engineering for a major ADNOC project. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi with a planned relocation to an international project location later.

The candidate will lead design activities, review deliverables, ensure ADNOC and international code compliance, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams while providing technical leadership through all project phases.

Qualifications

• A bachelors degree in engineering is a MUST.
• Minimum Overall 18 years of experience in FEED/EPC for Oil & Gas with 5+ years in GCC region.
• 5+ years in similar position for international major Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Experience with ADNOC projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead instrumentation design and engineering activities across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review key deliverables and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support procurement and technical evaluations.
• Provide technical leadership across all project phases to ensure safe and reliable instrumentation systems.

KBR Abu Dhabi is currently seeking an experienced Lead Instrumentation Engineer to support a major ADNOC project. The role will initially be based in Abu Dhabi office with a planned relocation to an international project location at a later stage.

The Lead Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for leading instrumentation design and engineering activities preparing and reviewing key deliverables ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes coordinating with multidisciplinary teams supporting procurement and technical evaluations and providing technical leadership across all project phases to ensure safe and reliable instrumentation systems.

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in engineering is a MUST.
• Minimum Overall 18 years of experience in execution of FEED / EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas industry with minimum 5 years experience in GCC region
• Having minimum 5 years of previous experience working in similar position for international major Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Having previous experience in handling ADNOC Projects will be an added advantage.
