Job summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveying Manager to lead commercial and contract management across multiple infrastructure projects in the UAE. You will ensure cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and strong client and stakeholder relations.

The role requires strategic leadership, mentoring of junior staff, and delivering projects within approved budgets and timelines while maintaining governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects in UAE or GCC.
• Proven experience managing multiple infrastructure projects concurrently.
• Strong expertise in commercial reporting cost control budgeting and forecasting.
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead all quantity surveying and commercial activities across multiple infrastructure projects.
• Manage budgeting, cost planning, forecasting and financial control processes.
• Oversee contract administration including valuations, variations, claims and dispute resolution.
• Ensure commercial compliance with contract terms and project requirements.
