The Opportunity

As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing mission-critical IT infrastructure across the enterprise. You’ll work at the forefront of technology managing LAN/WAN environments, Cisco wireless and IP telephony, network security, Azure cloud services, virtualization (Hyper‑V, VMware), and Windows server platforms. This role is integral to maintaining operational excellence and driving innovation within a dynamic, large-scale environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Cisco, Fortinet, VPN)
• Provide operational support for Azure cloud and Windows server environments
• Adhere to and improve ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Collaborate with global teams to implement technology standards and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT operations
