Job summary

Loba Group is seeking a talented Architect with 5+ years of experience, specializing in High-Speed Rail (HSR) or major transport infrastructure, to lead architectural design development across station buildings, depots, and rail facilities.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary interfaces, oversee BIM models, and ensure compliance with NFPA 130, ADA/universal design, and sustainability standards while supporting site inspections and construction to preserve design intent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture; professional licensure is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as an Architect with a focus on High-Speed Rail or major transit infra.
• Experience in GCC/UAE region preferred.
• Proficient in BIM coordination and design documentation per LOD standards.
• Familiarity with NFPA 130, accessibility codes and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development for HSR passenger stations and depots from concept to construction documentation.
• Coordinate interfaces with MEP, structural, rail systems, fire safety, acoustics, and passenger flow.
• Oversee BIM models and technical drawings, ensure compliance with project standards and LOD.
• Ensure designs meet local codes, life safety, accessibility, and sustainability requirements.
• Support site inspections, review submittals, and resolve construction issues.
