Job summary

EXTACY CONTRACTING AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE - L.L. in Dubai is seeking a Fitout Engineer to manage and supervise fitout projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with specifications and drawings.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is needed, along with good communication skills and knowledge of site coordination. A UAE driving license is required, and experience in the UAE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitout Engineer.
• Good knowledge of interior fitout works, civil works and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read drawings and prepare site reports.
• Knowledge of project documentation and site coordination.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
• UAE driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise fitout projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submissions and project documents.
• Monitor site activities and ensure work is completed as per specifications.
• Check quality of workmanship and compliance with approved drawings.
• Coordinate MEP, civil and interior works.
• Prepare progress reports and follow project schedules.
• Handle site issues and provide technical solutions.
